Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their orders before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy. In cases where payment has already been completed, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

EshoppingKart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified promptly if such situations occur.
