Refund processing usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Products returned without meeting our return conditions may not qualify for a refund. EshoppingKart reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with our policy.
